Understand
We ask hard questions before writing a line of code. What is the actual business problem? Where does AI help versus where is it noise? What does success look like in 90 days?
Most engagements begin with a paid scoping session (€3–5k) that defines scope, timeline, and success metrics before committing to a full build. Discovery calls are free.
Build
We build in tight cycles. A working prototype in the first two weeks. Your team uses it, finds the gaps, tells us what is wrong. We iterate. No disappearing for three months and returning with a deck.
We design for your infrastructure from day one. Integration is built in, not bolted on after the model works.
Ship and stay
We deploy to your environment, monitor the results, and stay involved. AI systems drift as your data changes. We watch for it. Most of our client relationships extend more than a year past the initial project.

Most projects fall between €30,000 and €150,000 depending on scope and complexity. We quote fixed prices after a discovery session, not hourly rates with uncertain totals. For early-stage work where scope is unclear, we offer a paid scoping engagement (typically €3,000–5,000) that defines the project before committing to a full build.
A focused integration or automation project typically runs 6–10 weeks. More complex custom AI systems run 12–20 weeks. We do not pad timelines. We are structured around delivering a working system quickly, not extending engagements.

Yes. A scoping engagement is a good first step if you are not sure where AI applies. Some clients start with a single automation or integration before expanding. We do not require a large commitment upfront.
Most of our clients start without AI infrastructure. We set up what is needed as part of the project: model serving, monitoring, APIs, integrations. You do not need a data science team or cloud AI experience to work with us.
